House Tour weekend is the perfect kick off for the holiday season!  Take note of the following helpful tour details to help you plan you day.

TOUR DAY DETAILS 

Saturday, December 6th, 9:00am-3:00pm

Choose admittance to houses from 9am-11am, 11am-1pm or 1pm-3pm

House Tour Tickets are $100, space is limited

• The Holiday House Tour will take place rain or shine. ​
• Children under 12 will not be charged but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
• Booties will be provided and must be worn for each guest in each home.
• Please no strollers.
• No dogs or pets.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• The House Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

HOUSE TOUR REGISTRATION & TOUR PROGRAM PICK UP

Registration and Holiday House Tour headquarters will be at the beautiful Lounsbury House, 316 Main Street, Ridgefield.

Each person is required to have a tour program for admittance into the homes.  Tour programs may be picked up at Lounsbury House beginning at 8:30am.  The first buses will begin their route shortly before 9am.  Don’t forget to set aside some time before or after your tour to visit the House Tour Holiday Market and Raffle located at tour registration at Lounsbury House.

HOLIDAY MARKET & RAFFLE

The Holiday Market and House Tour Raffle will be open for tour-goers and the public from 8:30am-3pm at tour registration at Lounsbury House.

PARKING

Parking for the House Tour is available at the following locations:

• Lounsbury House, 316 Main Street
• Veterans Park School, 8 Governor Street
• RVNAhealth, 27 Governor Street
• Municipal Lot on Governor Street (in between RVNAhealth and the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield)
• East Ridge Middle School, 10 East Ridge Road

​Please leave ample time to find parking.  Ridgefield is bustling with activities at holiday time!  

TRANSPORTATION

All tour-goers must use the special House Tour school buses to travel to four of the homes.  Buses are hop-on/hop-off and will run approximately 15 minutes apart.  The first buses will begin their routes shortly before 9am. There is absolutely no parking at any of the houses.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms will be available at Lounsbury House and will not be available at the private homes on the House Tour.  Please plan accordingly.
